Vylustra Model Management ("Vylustra," "we," "us," or "our") operates as a mother agency, scouting and developing new faces for placement with partner modeling agencies worldwide. This page explains how we collect and use your information, and the terms under which we operate.

Information We Collect

• Application information: name, age, email, Instagram handle, and photos you submit when applying.
• Measurements and physical details you provide for scouting and placement purposes.
• Communications between you and our scouting team.

How We Use Your Information

• To evaluate your application and determine fit with our partner agencies' current needs.
• To share your profile and images with partner agencies when pursuing a placement on your behalf — only with your ongoing involvement and consent.
• To communicate with you about your application, test shoots, and potential bookings.

No Up-Front Fees

Vylustra never charges models for scouting, representation, or portfolio development. We are compensated only through commission on successful placements, in line with standard mother-agency practice.

Data Retention & Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@vylustramodelmanagement.com. Applications that are not progressed are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

Terms of Representation

Submitting an application does not guarantee representation or placement. Any formal representation or agency placement is governed by a separate, signed contract outlining commission structure, obligations, and terms specific to that arrangement.
